Contact S&P Global Customer Care for assistance -with any questions or problems not answered in this help system.

The best option for escalating your Energy Documents question is to click > Can't find the data you're looking for? the Customer Support modal window appears. Attached is a text file that includes your user name, entitlements, latest search term, grid state, and browser version. Type any additional details in the Additional Information pane and then click Submit. These details are also CC'd to your email address.

Create a New User Account

Anyone with access to Energy Documents can request that an account be created for another user.

From the main toolbar, click > New User Account to display the New User Account Request dialog box, where yo u type details for the user account to create and then click Submit.
